The vehicle is well equipped with navigation, bluetooth, all-wheel drive, m-sport package, comfort access, backupcamera and pdc sensors, soft touch close doors, adaptive headlights, bmw individual full leather dashboard, bmwindividual anthracite headliner, quad-zone climate control, heated/cooled seats, active front seats, et cetera. The car is bmw's black sapphire metallic on the outside and is about an 9. 5/10 - no dents, dings, or noticeablescratches/scuffs, whatsoever. I would classify it as excellent condition. The black nappa leather interior is a10/10. No wear that i can see, anywhere. It is very clean inside and out. The previous owner took very good care ofit, and it has been running perfectly without any issues whatsoever. The car is absolutely mechanically sound. Oil has been changed about 500 miles ago (synthetic 5w-30 oil). The car is completely ready to get in and drive; no service lights, or anything of the sort - butit will be needing tires soon. As far as the title goes, the car will come with a rebuilt title. The vehicle has never been in an accident, or anything of the sort. I purchased the vehicle with a flood brandedtitle. I am an ase certified mechanic, and i deal with these types of vehicles all the time. All work done wascompleted professionally by myself, or my highly trained staff. In this particular vehicle, all damage was contained to the engine itself - not a drop of water to the interiorpassenger cabin. The water was fresh water, not salt water (this was not a hurricane damaged car). The issue wasthat fresh water was sucked in to the engine through the air intake. This choked the engine whenever the car triedto start. We drained the engine, turned it by hand to oust the water, and disassembled the top half of the engine (intakemanifold, throttles, turbo coolers, et cetera) in order to thoroughly drain any water left in the engine. Once wereassembled and replaced the oil with fresh oil, the vehicle started right up. We obviously changed the oil, oilfilter, cabin filter, the air filter, and all spark plugs, as well. Everything else was perfect and clean. As aprecaution, we changed all other fluids in the car (though, we found no water in anything but the engine).
